Unlike many search firms, The Klinge Group offers you our service on a "contingency" basis - you pay our fee ONLY after we have located and presented you with a qualified candidate and the candidate has been hired by you.

 

Exclusive Contingency Search:

 

We also offer our contingency search service on an "exclusive" agreement basis. When using our Exclusive Contingency Search Service, we will visit your firm, if necessary, to gather the essential information needed to conduct the search. We also will conduct recruiting trips to interview potential candidates.

 

Our service assures you of a thorough, in-depth analysis of the viable candidates in your marketplace. You will know precisely the reasons why candidates are or are not available.

 

To conduct an exclusive search assignment for your organization, only three criteria must be met:

• A 90 day exclusive agreement for The Klinge Group to work on the search assignment.

• A fee equaling 30% of the candidate's potential first year earnings.

• Reimbursement of travel expenses while the Recruiting Consultant is conducting out-of-town recruiting trips.
