Kris earned his B.S. degree in Communications from Ithaca College in 1983. Since then he has worked for major companies in sales and marketing in the electronics industry. Most of that tenure being spent with The Thomas Betts Company. In leaving T & B, Kris pursued the recruitment industry to better utilize his experience and knowledge of this industry in a different capacity. After working for another search firm Kris established his own firm in 1989, which is known today as The Klinge Group.
